All price match requests will be verified. Send us a Low Price Match Request by sending us the Link to the Website where the item is located. If the item is located at a local store, we must have the quote in writing on the companies letterhead with phone number so that we can call and verify the price. After obtaining the quote in writing, please fax it to (203)937-0516. When you find a cheaper price, please make sure the seller offers a warranty and the item is not refurbished, and the seller is an authorized Dealer/Distributor, Manufacturer's representative or Service Agent. When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria:

• Marine & RV products only.
• The Item must be priced at $100 or more.
• Item must be NEW INVENTORY. We will not price match an item that has been sitting in a warehouse for more then 1 year.
• Item must have the same model or part number.
• The dealer must have the identical product listed and the product is priced and described accurately and is New.

Price comparisons include the product's price plus shipping/handling and applicable Sales Tax when calculating the competitor's total price in comparison to our product price and lowest cost shipping method for that item between our competitors zip code and destination zip code. See Example of a Price Match below:

Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-bundle pricing on the order. It also does not apply to items listed on any auctions website because those items do not have warranties or are refurbished.

Orders generally ship within 3 buisness days but may take longer if item is not in stock or is being drop shipped. 20% restocking fee on ALL returned items. NO refunds after 30 days. If order has been cancelled prior to shipping, it will not be subject to 20% restocking fee, If order has been cancelled after item has shipped, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
